Payments and Refunds

If you cancel a booking before the assigned mechanic starts the service, you will receive a full refund in accordance with our Refund Policy. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel bookings through the app or website before the assigned mechanic begins the job. GudToGo and its partners also reserve the right to cancel a booking in cases of unavailability, unsafe conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule the service at no extra cost.

We do not employ these service providers directly, nor do we guarantee their individual performance beyond our vetting standards. All services are carried out by third-party professionals who are solely responsible for the quality and completion of the work. User Responsibilities

You agree to use GudToGo only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights or safety of others. You must not misuse our platform by providing false information, attempting to disrupt services, or engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior. You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle and service environment are safe and accessible for the assigned mechanic.

Service Quality and Liability

GudToGo ensures that all service partners are verified and qualified. However, since services are performed by third-party vendors, GudToGo cannot be held liable for any damage, loss, or dissatisfaction arising from a service provider’s actions. Any disputes or claims related to the service provided will be handled in coordination with the assigned mechanic or partner vendor. All content, branding, text, images, logos, graphics, and software on the GudToGo website and app are the property of GudToGo and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You are not permitted to reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content from our platform without prior written consent from GudToGo.
