Questions, answered

What buyers usually ask before they decide. If yours isn't here, ask us in the demo.

Buying

What exactly do I get?

A customer app and a mechanic app, each for iOS and Android, plus the admin panel, the website and the API that connects them. Business and Enterprise also include the full source code.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the package, your market and anything custom you need. Book a demo and we send a written proposal with a fixed price, usually within a day.

Is this a one-time payment or a subscription?

The package is a one-time fee. Your running costs are your own hosting and third-party services such as SMS, maps and payment fees. We list them in the proposal so there are no surprises.

Can I try it before buying?

Yes. The demo is the real product. We install both apps on your phone and you run a real SOS and a real booking yourself.

Branding and launch

Will customers see the GudToGo name anywhere?

Not on Business and Enterprise. We replace the name, logo, colours, icon, splash screen, store listings and notification text with yours.

How long does launch take?

Rebranding and setup take days. After that the apps wait for Apple and Google review. We prepare the listings and policy pages and handle any questions from the reviewers.

Whose store accounts are the apps published under?

Yours. You create the Apple and Google developer accounts, and the apps are listed under your company name.

Can I launch in several cities?

Yes. Cities are set up in the admin panel, and banners, services and push broadcasts can target a specific city.

Product and technology

How does the SOS search work?

It looks for active mechanics within 2 km of the driver and sends them a push. If nobody responds, it widens to 5, 10, 15 and then 20 km, retrying every 30 seconds. If nobody is found, the driver is told straight away.

How do I make money?

You take a commission on every paid job. It ships at 16% and you can change it. You can also sell parts and consumables to mechanics through the inventory store.

Which payment gateway is included?

Razorpay, with signed webhook verification and a payment record for every booking. Other gateways can be added as custom work.

What is it built with?

React Native for the apps, and Laravel 12 for the API and admin panel. It also uses Firebase for push, Google Maps for location and Amazon S3 for files.

Can my developers change the code later?

Yes. With the source code you can extend it yourself or with any team. It uses mainstream tools, not anything proprietary.

Support

What does support cover?

Fixes, help with configuration and questions from your team for the period in your package: 30 days, 90 days or a year.

Can you build features that aren't in the product?

Yes. Custom work is quoted separately with a delivery date, and Enterprise includes a dedicated developer.

What happens when Apple or Google change their rules?

During your support period we handle the changes needed to stay in the stores. After that, ongoing maintenance can be arranged with us.

Put your brand on it and launch.

Book a 30-minute demo. We will install the customer and mechanic apps on your phone, walk you through the admin panel, and send a proposal for your market.
